Kevin MacDonald Sheppard
Kevin MacDonald Sheppard (Bass, Vocals): A native of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Sheppard was influenced early by British invasion bands; in the last ten years, however, he has returned to his roots and has been performing Cape Breton and Gaelic folk music. He often sits in a Ceildhs at the Canadian-American Club in Watertown, where he has played with members of the Rankin Family, fiddler Howie MacDonald, J.P. and Joe Cormier, the Chaisson family, and with second cousin Wendy MacIsaac. Locally, Sheppard has appeared with The Bathtub Virgins and the Union Brothers.
